This attorney has extensive legal experience in corporate formation, corporate governance, intellectual property (including trademarks), software licensing, and contract preparation and negotiation. She has been instrumental working with offices on their strategic planning and business development.

The last few years this attorney has been in-house counsel for a global information services and software company. Prior to that, for 10 years She was in a small law firm focused on contract, corporate formation and trademark. Her initial legal career was corporate counsel for software, telecommunications and entertainment companies.
